I did something the other day that I havn't done for ages
Clive and I went for a walk
Now I know this sounds boring but sometimes just going to a spot to jump and moving on to another spot is great for most meets
But sometimes when you don't all feel like bouncing constantly but feel youneed a bit of gentle exercise a walk is great and builds muscle in the right places
We must have done about 6 to 8 miles and stopped at a cafe for a cup of tea/coffee
So next time you have a hangover or just don't want to bounce consider a walk (with the odd bounce) you might just enjoy it
