contacted naz about my missing bolt that came out of my hoof on monday on the exo's to see if she had a replacement one i could buy, anyways got an email back saying she had organised the replacement to be sent on tuesday and it arrived today and not only did she send the spare bolt out but also a set of spare hoofs and other spare nuts and bolts for my exo's now thats a great service and im very very pleased naz your a star
