My painful problem. =[

When ever I use my bocks for bout 2/3 hours I ALWAYS! Get rather bad blisters, or make my existing blisters worse. =[
I tighten my shoes as much as I can ; but they're not really meant to be tight.
Any way I can stop them from rubbing?

It sounds like blisters on your feet! Caused by your foot moving in your shoe, so the only way to stop it is to make sure your shoes fit and they hold your feet still! Shimples!!!

I use Karrimore trainers as they have a lot of padding in the right place and are cheep
My advice would be to change your shoes for something like a sturdy well padded trainer that fits well

I use high top Converse sneakers and they work great for me. They are rather thin but hug the foot well which allows almost no room for the foot to rub or move.

I would have thought walking shoes were a bit heavy and cumbersome. Mine were anyway lol

Depends on the walking shoes mate
My karrimores are classed as walking shoes but are like light trainers
And if you have something like Brashers they weigh nothing

At the minute I'm using DC skate shoes. >.<
I may have to invest in some tighter or more padded trainers then. =[
