Hi, you seem to have your feet splayed out rather wide. Try to get them more parallel, otherwise you will full into a bad habit. Doing kanga hops and mainly seeing your lower body or from the back, but try and stay as upright as possible.
For judging height its best simply to jump. Up and down on the spot and film from the side is best. BUt looks OK go find somat to jump onto and over now
