While i'm here is there a better way to put pictures into posts than the one i used?

I pressed the picture icon and then put a web address of my picture in but yours looks like its as an attachment or similar? what did you do?

To upload a picture ....If you Click on Additional Options at the bottom left just above your Post or Preview, you can straight
attach your image

Despite improving my jump height i think it'll be a fair while until i'm hitting 6 feet or even about 2 feet would be a challenge and the landing would look very scary at the minute

Yeah videos have got to be done my dad took a few today however was just me running and small hops, although i didn't like the vid looked like i had boobs (i'm male) and a spare tyre

so not overly happy with that result, (i blame the tight t shirt

)

Wish i could jump like that and do a splitkick

i tried just putting my legs out to the side a little bit on one of jumps and almost went flat on my face

Guess practise makes perfect tho lol
