Hi, I've only had my stilts about a month but I think they are AMAZING!!! Even though I've fallen over countless times (usually in front of large crowds) I still want to get back up and bounce around. Any stilt owners in the Midlands?

hi dan wlecome to the forum its certainly a good place to come to learn the ropes its a great sport to get into ive not been doing it for very long either but am soon getting used to the way these stilts works, i think most people suggest that you look for springs at least 10 kg over your actualy weight this will make sure you get plenty of use out of them and mean once you get some practice in you should get more return from your springs budget wise you could pick up some of the new pro jumps they are bringing out soon i think they retail for 149 quid which is very reasonable also make sure you check out ebay as you can get some good stilts on there for good money as people tend to buy the stilts then get fed up with them quickly because they cant jump 7 ft in the air straight away so flog them on you can get some real bargains but make sure you know what your buying and ask people advice on here as im sure they could guide you in the right direction when buying from ebay good luck in any case and enjoy hope to see some vids of you bocking soon

Hey Dan, welcome to the dark side!

You dont mention whether or not you've actually tried on a pair of bocks yet. If you have not, I definately would recommend doing this asap and I'm sure there is someone local to you that would let you have a famous five minutes on them. It sounds like you are hooked on them already which is great, but you need to get on them 5 mins ago!
